What is a ‘StreetMinx’ mixer/event?
A. A mixer/event to me is an opportunity for like minded creatives to get together in a safe, coordinated, and creative environment! Some of the many benefits to events like this is:
A chance for new photographers to start a portfolio as well as meet some people already in the industry
Opportunity for new content for both models & photographers
Learning new tips, tricks, and skills from other people in the community!
Sharing of creative concepts, fun stories, and future work!
All events are organized to ensure maximum amount of safety for all creatives involved.
Why attend a mixer or event?
A. You'll have the opportunity to explore a new venue while working with other creatives in a safe and curated environment all while at an affordable price.
Models
You will receive a minimum of 5 photos per attending photographer. This helps add to your portfolio, have posts for socials and websites, as well as practice the art that is modeling.
Photographers
A chance to bounce concepts, ideas, and technical questions off others in your art. Opportunities to try out new lighting, cameras, and lens'.
How long is the average mixer?
A. The start time will always differ, but most run 3-4 hours in length.
You’re welcome to be there the whole time or just a little bit. As long as you feel you got your worth from it!
What should I bring to the mixer?
A. Models
I recommend 1-2 outfits per hour!
Always recommend layers and accessories to be able to make small adjustments and changes to your outfit throughout the set.
Props, Accessories, and alot of inspiration {pinterest is great}
Photographers
Any cameras, lighting, or equipment you want to use or try out. {never assume lighting will be available}
Props, Accessories, or anything other items you’ve wanted to photograph
Can I take selfies and B.T.S content during the mixer?
A. All StreetMinx hosted events all are welcome to take as much Behind the Scenes as they’d like! Be mindful of individuals in the background of your images and watch for nudity!
*Any mixers/events that BTS is not allowed will be advertised and explained as such*
When do I get the mixer/event information?
A. You will receive the address, artist list, event/mixer time & theme reminder, as well as a reminder of any rules for the venue. This will be sent via Instagram at least 3 days before the mixer/event.
*This is to give extra precaution to who and where the event will be, as to keep those in attendance only those who have been verified and have a ticket*
If I'm a photographer why am I signing a StreetMinx Model Release?
A. This is to cover my bases on who doesn't mind being in B.T.S. that I may shoot. The models may also take their own pictures and videos between set.
What does a model release cover?
A. The model release that you signed for the event covers any BTS and still images taken during the event by myself Minx_Photos (Casey Ubel) or any associate photographer of StreetMinx Productions.
PHOTOGRAPHERS! BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR OWN MODEL RELEASES IF YOU USE THEM!

A. I pride myself on being quick and timely, while also being sure to delivery high quality edits! I give an estimate of 2-4 weeks after favorites are selected!

A. I'm a firm believer in documenting important moments in your life! This includes your timeless looks and vibes!
